We work with a range of schools in the Derby area that are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with special educational needs. Our schools include nurseries, primary, secondary, and SEN schools.

Your New Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, working either 1:1 or in small groups. You will assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans and work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions. This role offers both day-to-day and long-term positions, providing flexibility to suit your availability.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Relevant qualifications are desirable (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
