The Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
  • Provide interim teaching support across multiple secondary schools.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of education.
  • Quickly adapt to new classroom settings and uphold school policies.
  • Engage with students to foster a love for learning.
  • Offer feedback on student progress and classroom experiences.
Requirements:
  • PGCE, QTS or QTLS.
  • Proven experience in secondary education teaching.
  • Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to classroom management.
