Responsibilities
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
  1. Maintain High Classroom Standards:
    • Ensure student work is completed to the expectations of the school.
    • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in class.
  2. Build Strong Relationships:
    • Establish connections with pupils to ensure their success.
    • Leave a small handover note for the class teacher regarding any important information.
  3. Familiarise Yourself with School Policies:
    • Understand and adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching secondary students.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
