Scrum Master
A leading global consultancy is looking for 5 x Certified Scrum Masters.
The Scrum Masters play a key role in delivering impactful digital services.
As the Scrum Master, you will be guiding and coaching the Scrum team on agile practices and principles to deliver quality products.
Coordinating the agile ceremonies, including daily scrum, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
Manages the agreed sprint backlog, monitoring the burndown and maintaining velocity.
Leading the cross-functional scrum team to influence and drive decisions, supporting the Product Owner and managing stakeholder expectations
Attend the scrum of scrums and support the senior scrum master.
Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
Collaborate with the programme leadership team to communicate progress in the scrum of scrums as well as participate in Programme increment Planning.

Your experience will include
- Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I)
- Facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, and delivering outcomes using Scrum (not general agile exposure).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Showing an ability to effectively collaborate with developers, testers, and technical leads, with a clear grasp of modern delivery pipelines and engineering processes.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure ADO, Jira, Confluence, and a working understanding of continuous integration and automated testing tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium).
- Understanding of Scrum of Scrums. Practical experience or clear understanding of scaled agile environments and multi-team coordination.
- Approach to delivery planning - able to articulate how team capacity is allocated across technical debt, bug fixing, and innovation initiatives, including familiarity with structured models
