Your new role

  • Collating quality records and traceability documentation to ensure data is accessible and meets legal requirements.
  • Checking and processing supplier certificates of analysis for ingredients before production use.
  • Conducting sleeve checks and verifying packaging documentation.
  • Supporting the QA Manager with recipe updates and product information sheets.
  • Maintaining compliance records for HALAL and Organic certifications.
  • Overseeing site document control on SharePoint.
  • Assisting with internal audits, GMP reviews, and general administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of traceability records and filing/archiving systems.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo training and commit to professional development.
