I am currently recruiting for a cover supervisor at a school in Cardiff. Due to an increase in demand from schools in Cardiff, a number of opportunities have arisen. These Cover Supervisor opportunities are on a long-term or daily supply cover basis.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. Working as a cover supervisor can be very demanding but equally rewarding. The cover supervisor’s main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set by an absent teacher.
