This school is looking for a proactive and friendly School Administration Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, offering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including student data and attendance, while always ensuring confidentiality.
  • Providing administrative support for school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Assisting with admissions and enrolment processes, as well as generating reports when required.
  • Collaborating with the school team to support daily tasks and ensure the effective operation of the school office.
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and a helpful, approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SIMS.
  • An ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in administration within a school setting.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to support the school community.
