Your new role

• Ensuring customer orders are correctly entered into the system and processed in a timely manner.
• Working closely with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment
• Providing updates on order status, resolving enquiries, and assisting customers as needed.
• Checking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining precise records and ensuring all order details align with specifications and pricing.
• Communicating directly with customers via email

What you'll need to succeed

With an eye for detail, you will have experience working with a range of IT-based programmes such as Excel, Access and Opera. Any previous experience of working with bespoke IT systems would be beneficial.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable handling emails and engaging professionally
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively
• Enthusiastic attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers
