Our client is a fantastic services provider based in Chesterfield who is keen to expand their Sales Administration Team.

This is a newly created vacancy.

Successful applicants will live locally.
Full time hours
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Hours around 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm
Salary guide (dependant on experience) £27,500 - £31,000

Your new role

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a thriving organisation and a busy sales administration team. Due to business growth our client would like to increase their sales administration support. The successful candidate will ideally have previous sales administration/ sales order processing experience.


Duties of the position will include;
- Sales order processing onto a CRM system
- Receiving sales orders via phone, email and web orders
- Supporting customers with orders, discussing relevant products for ( soft upselling) not sales target or KPI
- Checking customer orders, reviewing stock availability, over due debt and credit notes
- Matching orders , coordinating DPD despatch
- Communicating with warehouse regarding orders
- Updating account information , checking contacct information - account names and delivery addresses
- Use of CRM and Excel spreadsheets

What you'll need to succeed

The successful must have excellent sales admin/ sales order processing experience and be able to demonstrate this upon application.

The successful applicants must be an excellent communication and be extremely professional ( high end customer base)
CRM knowledge required
This position is based in Chesterfield and is 100% office based (no hybrid work option)
