Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Part-time 1–2 days per week, rate up to £400 per day

Your new company

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) to join our client on a part-time basis.

Your new role

As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, you'll be providing consultancy services for 1–2 days a week. The majority of your time will be spent in the office working with the team that carries out valuations on residential properties and new build developments. You'll likely be carrying out some valuations but, in the main, will be reviewing and signing off reports that other more junior members of the team have completed.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a chartered surveyor (RICS) and will currently hold registered valuer status. You'll be comfortable in carrying out red book on residential properties and new build developments across the region.

What you'll get in return

You'll be paid an excellent day rate of up to £400 per day plus travel expenses if you need to travel to survey a property. You'll work mostly from the client's office, though there is flexibility with regard to working at home and start/finish times.
