My client is a busy regional practice who have a vacancy available for someone at the NQ-2PQE level and can offer high-quality work for property lawyers, no matter what their level of experience to date may be.

My client is keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate previous experience working in a private practice property team. Along with directly relatable commercial property experience, my client would be equally keen to consider candidates looking to transition their experience from a residential property background into dealing with more commercial projects.

Along with the requirement of having a good level of academic achievement, my client is looking for someone who would be keen to attend my client's Ilkley office on a daily basis in order to learn directly from experienced lawyers who are looking to pass on their knowledge and develop a candidate with the right level of energy and enthusiasm to make a successful career as a commercial property/real estate lawyer.
