Regulatory | Radioactive | Hybrid/Remote | Full Time
You will be working for a government agency who specialise in environmental science. You will be working in their Regulatory department specialising in radioactive substances.
Key requirements
Assessments of radioactive waste releases.
Inspect premises from the nuclear sector to determine compliance.
Undertake investigations.
Assist in the development of environmental performance measures and outputs.
Understanding externally generated technical, scientific and legal information.
Requirements
- Knowledge of legislation about radioactive substances.
- A degree in environmental or life science or a degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of emergency planning.
- 3 years or more experience working on radioactive substances.
