Are you seeking a role that offers professional challenges and development while enabling you to deliver high-quality and effective services? We are currently recruiting for a Social Work Quality Assurance & Audit Lead for a client in the children's services sector.

Your new role

As the Quality Assurance and Audit Lead, you will be a pivotal member of the team, helping to understand and improve practice and its impact on children and families. You will embed audit and QA activities across the organisation.

  • Manage Quality Assurance and audit functions, ensuring continuous reflection and learning.
  • Support ongoing improvement and practice in collaboration with the Principal Social Worker and the improvement programme.
  • Ensure frontline managers are supported to understand and participate in the Audit programme.
  • Work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and promote quality.
  • Provide professional challenges to drive quality and services for children, supporting the vision to ensure children and young people are happy, safe, loved, and thriving.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Ability to collate evidence of impact on outcomes for children and provide reports to the Senior Leadership Team and other Boards as required.
