Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in young learners’ lives? We are seeking qualified supply Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in the Taunton area, supporting teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Your new role
You will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development. Working closely with teachers, you will assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one support where needed, and help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant Level 2, 3 or HLTA qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond to different learning styles and classroom challenges with flexibility.
