Python AWS Engineer - £900 Inside IR35 - London Based Client
A Senior Engineer is required on a contract basis for a leading London-based Financial Services client.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing and innovative team, while also being exposed to the latest Python and AWS tools.
You’ll leverage your significant experience with AWS, implementing Amazon’s well-architected frameworks, crafting serverless solutions, and enhancing existing platforms using cutting-edge AWS technologies. The role will also provide you with exposure to various asset classes including, Fixed Income & Equities.

You’ll leverage your significant experience with AWS, implementing Amazon’s well-architected frameworks, crafting serverless solutions, and enhancing existing platforms using cutting-edge AWS technologies. The role will also provide you with exposure to various asset classes including, Fixed Income & Equities.
To be successful in this role:
- Extensive experience of AWS solutions, preferably S3 & Glue
- Extensive experience working with Python frameworks, as well as PySpark on a daily basis
- Good background with Data Analysis and SQL, in addition to previous experience working heavily with CI/ CD pipelines
- Experience working in large complex organisations, ideally financial services with an appreciation of financial products
