Your new role

As a contributor to the agile team, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. You will be responsible for implementing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions, supporting the business' objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.
• Enhance our team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
• Proficiency with Python or PySpark.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Airflow, Astronomer, Kubernetes, AWS, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience with relational BD or Big Data.

What you'll get in return

A 6-month initial engagement with a day rate of between £500-£600 per day with a large private sector multinational client.
