Administrator is required for an office-based role in Ashbourne. Immediate start required

In this role, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining accurate records, adhering to established policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines
Supporting with ordering for indirect purchases and warehouse stock, and critical purchases when required
Collating information and documenting component category plans and supply chain risk assessments
Organising transport between subcontract suppliers, ensuring that material movement tracking is in place
Processing stock requests and resolving daily invoice and warehouse queries
Being involved in data cleansing and input activity in preparation for the new ERP system launch
Monthly creation of KPIs and external indices for board reports

The successful candidate will:

Be experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
Evidence of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
Hold good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of Sage
