Exciting Opportunity for an Accounts Assistant in Marlborough!
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic finance team based in Marlborough, Wiltshire. With a competitive salary negotiable up to around £32,000.
• 25-32k based on experience
• Office-based – Marlborough
• Permanent role
This role offers:
1. Dedicated parking
2. The chance to work in a new office soon to be opened in the same location
3. 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
4. Progression opportunity and study support on offer
Responsibilities:
1. Collating and recording purchase ledger invoices for multiple operating companies
2. Preparing invoices for approval
3. Making payments using the online banking system
4. Performing bank reconciliations
5. Reconciling supplier balances and preparing cost summaries
6. Providing additional support to the Management Accountant
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proficiency in Sage Line 50, and Microsoft Excel, Xero would be a bonus
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
