Hays are proud to be working with a not for profit organisation in Oldham looking for a Accounts Assistant on a contract.
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments
Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
You will have:
Proven experience in an purchase ledger role, preferably within the public or not for profit sector.
Proficiency MS Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good time management and organisational skills.
