Accounts Assistant | Oldham | Contract | Hybrid Working

Hays are proud to be working with a not for profit organisation in Oldham looking for a Accounts Assistant on a contract.

Your new role

You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments

  • Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions

  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts


What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:
  • Proven experience in an purchase ledger role, preferably within the public or not for profit sector.

  • Proficiency MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Good time management and organisational skills.
