Property paralegal

Your new company
This is a well-established Liverpool law firm that offers a wide range of legal services. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced property paralegal to join a fast-paced and dynamic department.

Your new role
This role will see you working closely with senior fee earners and solicitors on a range of property cases in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in assisting with both commercial property work and residential conveyancing.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 12 months' experience in a property paralegal role, proficiency with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry and SDLT Portals, and strong organisational and communication skills. Additionally, being well-organised, flexible, numerate, and having a good telephone manner will be essential.

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will benefit from good quality work and working alongside seasoned professionals. You will benefit from ongoing progression and development with the potential for a training contract after some time with the firm. The salary is competitive and reflective of experience.
