Job Title: Intermediate Building Surveyor/project Manager
Reporting to: Senior Building surveyor

The Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement and delivery of various construction, mechanical, and electrical projects, including:

The Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement and delivery of various construction, mechanical, and electrical projects, including:
- New build schemes
- Fire door renewals
- Cladding and window renewals
- New heating and ventilation systems
- Electrical distribution upgrades (power, general and emergency lighting)
- Conduct feasibility studies and condition surveys
- Perform defect analysis and measured surveys
- Write specifications and manage contracts
- Administer projects and act as employer’s agent
- Undertake site inspections and chair meetings
- Provide progress reports, including financial monitoring statements
- Support and mentor surveyors aiming for MRICS qualification
- Participate in the annual bonus scheme and staff social events.
- To be successful in this role, you will hold an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree (or similar) and have gained experience working within a Surveying consultancy environment. Experience gained working on education projects is preferred. Demonstrable experience in project management and contract administration is essential. You’ll be motivated with a positive attitude and enjoy working with others. The role will be based in the office and will include visiting sites.
