Your new role

As a Production Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production through the manufacturing line to meet weekly production targets effectively. Your main duties will include controlling and managing daily production levels, ensuring the availability of relevant parts, maintaining the highest quality of products, organising daily and weekly production meetings, managing the manufacturing team, promoting health and safety, and ensuring compliance with lean manufacturing practices and site regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills to manage the manufacturing team, excellent organisational abilities to control production levels and meet targets, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in lean manufacturing practices and health and safety regulations is essential. You should also be able to handle disciplinary and grievance issues effectively.
