Your New Role
As a Product Development Engineer, you will take a leading role in the design, development, and optimisation of next-generation hydraulic solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading product development projects from concept through to production, conducting detailed cost analysis to support project viability, designing precision components using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools, maintaining high standards in quality assurance and process improvement, and collaborating across departments to drive innovation and efficiency.

What You Will Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or similar), strong experience with SolidWorks or 3D CAD software, a background in costing and process optimisation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
