Procurement Analyst with fast career growth potential here in London.

Your new company

Do you want to work for a large-scale private sector insurance business in London which has undergone major procurement transformation in the last year? This company is a key client of ours, and they are currently expanding their procurement team, working under a CPO who is passionate about training and development within the team.
This organisation has a few key business units, one of which you will sit in looking at the procurement analytics across a global remit.

Your new role

As the Procurement Analyst, you will manage a high level of spend and procurement analytics for the professional service spend areas, which is the largest spend area for the business. This Procurement Analyst role is highly analytical and will involve lots of number crunching, data gathering, data presentation and opportunity assessment. Spend areas this may cover would include professional services, HR, recruitment, legal, marketing, travel and print. In this Procurement Analyst position, you will also have responsibility over smaller spend areas end-to-end, including analysis, sourcing, negotiation and contract sign off. This role would be great for you if you wish to progress within procurement to Buyer & Category Manager levels in the near future as there is lots of scope for development.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator and someone who can confidently present to senior stakeholders, Category Managers, Directors, and the CPO. Experience in Bravo would be a plus (but not an absolute essential) as well as exposure to other financial systems across a business.

What you'll get in return

In return, this role offers a competitive salary, a 10% bonus, as well as private healthcare. You will also have the opportunity to develop quickly and obtain CIPS if you do not already hold it. This company offers hybrid work with just 1-2 days in the London office.
