Procurement and SRM Manager
Location
Central London, the nearest station is Euston.
Day rate:
£500 - £600 per day
Flexible work arrangements
3 days remote
Duration
3 months+
Key Responsibilities
•Develop commercial procurement strategies and manage delivery pipelines for designated business portfolios.
• Manage and deliver procurement projects for designated business portfolios.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and customers across a diverse range of goods and services.
• Ensure both internal and external compliance with financial, procurement and other relevant legislative regulations.
• Provide contract and supplier relationship support for designated business portfolios, to ensure robust contract management practices are implemented, and that good commercial outcomes are achieved during contract delivery.
• Provide procurement advice to stakeholders on specific lower value sourcing projects within designated business portfolios.
• Develop market knowledge of designated business portfolios and leverage this knowledge in the execution of sourcing projects.
• Deliver agreed savings within allocated business portfolios aligned to Guinness’s Plan of Procurements.
• Manage project level risks within assigned business portfolios.
Skills / Experience:
• Experience of procurement in a service-orientated and commercial environment.
• Experience of adding value and additional commercial benefit through the development of constructive supplier relationships.
• Experience of managing the complete tendering process.
• Proven project / programme management experience, including ability to manage multiple projects on a large scale.
• Experience of implementing Service Level Agreements and Key
• Performance Indicators in relation to Contract Management.
• Excellent knowledge of EU procurement regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of business management principles including decision-making, negotiation, planning, budgeting and projections.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
• Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management

• MCIPS qualified Or equivalent.
