PRINT | Account Manager | Office-Based | Temporary

I am working with a large organisation who are seeking an experienced Print Account Manager to join them on a temporary, fully office-based basis. Print expertise is essential for this role.

Role Overview
The Print Department manages account operations, procurement, and supply of customer print and corporate gifts. As this category expands, they require a skilled individual with technical print production experience and strong commercial and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of orders and campaigns
  • Collaborate across departments, including Sales, CSD, and Finance
  • Navigate internal systems (training provided)
  • Source products from our established print supply base
  • Grow and develop key accounts
  • Provide profitability-driven print management solutions
  • Handle product-specific queries from customers and internal teams
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by management
Required Skills & Qualities
  • Proven experience in print production (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A team player eager to develop new skills and contribute to team success
  • Strong customer service and account development track record
  • Willingness to enhance customer-facing abilities
  • Confidence to engage directly with customers if required
