We are currently working with a Wirral-based Primary School to recruit a part-time primary teacher to cover KS2 PPA and management release time in classes from Year 3 - Year 6. This role will start asap and run for the remainder of the academic year.

Your new role

This Key Stage 2 PPA teaching job involves working Monday–Wednesday every week during term time. On those days, you will be responsible for delivering sessions across KS2 that have been planned by the class teacher. Liaising with the class teachers, you deliver the planned sessions and feedback on the class performance during each session. A timetable has been set already so you will know what classes you are supporting when throughout each day.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in securing this KS2 PPA teaching job you will:

• Hold QTS
• Have a flexible teaching style and be happy to adapt to working in different classes throughout the school day
• Be able to deliver pre-planned lessons and feedback to the class teacher
• Have strong Literacy and Numeracy skills, and be comfortable working within the Key Stage 2 curriculum
