The Role:
The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team in September. Applicants should be passionate about children's learning, wellbeing, and personal flourishing. The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers alike. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of improving learning and progress, and a strong knowledge of the national curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
