I am partnering exclusively with an organisation based in Basingstoke to recruit an additional People Partner to join their team. This growing organisation is values-led and is a very flexible employer with a great local brand. My client could consider part time (4 days a week) for this role.

Your new role

My client is looking for a proven HR BP to join the team and partner with a newly created business unit. The client group consists of c220 people. This is a true business partnering role! You will lay the foundations for this business unit and then hand over this role in roughly 6 months to an up-and-coming HR Advisor. There will also be an element of coaching the HR Advisor as they are nearly set for their first BP role.

You will look after all ER cases, deal with recruitment and liaise with the other HRBPs to make sure HR objectives are aligned.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous partnering experience as well as in-depth HR experience. You will have experience supporting and developing team members as well as solid employee relations experience. My client can move quickly to hire this role, so you can't be on more than 1 week's notice.

What you'll get in return

My client embraces hybrid working, with 2 office days per week. The day rate is between £275-£300 per day and the role is within IR35.

My client has private parking and is very commutable from Basingstoke train station.
