Your new role

This role is to support the development and career growth of employees and management by designing and delivering skills and behaviour-based learning through a variety of interventions, including a significant amount of face-to-face training.
Core responsibilities are:
  • Working with stakeholders to understand developmental requirements
  • Designing and delivering a range of Learning Interventions to support the development of employees
  • Using a range of delivery methods, to create an engaging blended learning experience
  • Designing and delivering management and leadership training programmes across a range of subjects
  • Providing career and development coaching support to all levels
  • Promoting market learning interventions across the business to increase engagement with what is available
  • Reporting ensuring information is available on attendance levels and return on investment
  • Continually evaluating and improving learning is provided to ensure it remains value-adding.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about People Development and a desire to positively influence the journey of the management team
  • Experience of end-to-end design and delivery of training to a professional audience
  • Ability to work autonomously, whilst able to create long-lasting and strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Coaching qualification or working towards desirable
  • CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or working towards desirable
