Permanent People & Development Administrator role based in St Andrews (hybrid working)

Hays are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation based in St Andrews who are looking to appoint a People & Development Administrator to their HR team.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the People & Development Manager with generalist HR duties including leading on recruitment administration, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, organising training and L&D, providing support on various people and development projects, updating the HR database and improving efficiency and handling general queries to the people team. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week with flexitime and hybrid working options.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be an experienced HR administrator or assistant, ideally with or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will need to have excellent systems knowledge and technical skills and have the ability to take initiative.
