Payroll Officer
Part-Time: 30 hours per week
Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Full-time equivalent (Prorated to part-time hours)
Hybrid working is available

Seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a supportive payroll team of 3, based in a beautiful village near Banbury. Ample parking space available when visiting. This role is well-suited for someone with a strong payroll understanding aiming to provide a high-quality and timely payroll service.
Your new role
- Handling payroll for the UK & European division
- Running payroll from start to finish, including month-end processes
- Liaising with bureaus across Europe
- Entering and importing variable overtime and casual hours
- Processing new starters and leavers onto payroll system
- Processing amendments to contracts
- Calculating back pay and sick pay
- Maternity and paternity calculations
- Producing payslips, P45's and P60's
- Assist or prepare and send monthly payroll reports for payroll sign off
- Assist or Prepare BACS authorisation forms
- Support the Payroll Team with all additional Payroll and Pension Administration requirements
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong payroll experience
- Experience working with overseas payrolls is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
