The Role:
As Payroll Manager, you will take full ownership of the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting the wider HR and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Liaise with internal departments and external providers
  • Lead on payroll-related projects and process improvements
  • Provide expert advice on payroll matters to staff and management
About You:
  • Proven experience in a payroll management role
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using payroll software and Excel
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • CIPP Desirable
