9 month role based in Fulwood, Monday-Friday, £15.33 per hour, hybrid working, flexible working hours.

This public sector and emergency services organisation, based in Fullwood, is recruiting an HR and Payroll Administrator. Your new role

This role will be providing Human Resources and Payroll administration support in relation to a specific geographical area.

  • 9 months initially, but there is a potential for an extension.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Develop and understand structural charts.
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administration of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Initiate and follow-up reference checks.
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts for checking, including promotion letters.
  • Ad-hoc project work.
  • Email correspondence and dealing with enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in Administration, Payroll or HR.
  • A high level of Microsoft Packages.
  • Working on a bespoke CRM system.
  • A high attention to detail and excellent with numbers.
  • You will be working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administration tasks.

What you'll get in return

  • Full time equivalent salary between £25,119-£26,873.
  • Flexible working hours between 7:00am-16:45pm.
  • 36.25 hours per week.
  • 9 months with a potential extension.
  • 1 day working from home upon completion of training.
