Payroll Administrator opportunity in Surrey!

Your new company
I'm currently working with a client based in Guildford who are a growing consultancy company with sites across the world. This company currently has over 900 employees and is growing with plans to open more sites in other parts of the world. Working in brand-new offices, you will join a dedicated and welcoming payroll team, who strive to always perform and fulfil targets. They are well established with nearly 20 years in the sector.

They are now looking to hire within the team and are looking for someone who matches this lovely and welcoming culture within this team and are looking for someone ambitious and eager to grow.

Your new role
Within this multifaceted role, you will be asked to fulfil a variety of duties within this company. These include duties such as:

- Oversee this company's expenses system
- Administer the employee benefits platform
- Assist with processing the monthly payroll for the company entities.
- Maintaining compliance
- Supporting with any other general administrative duties

This role is a Hybrid Working role with a 37.5 hour working week and flexible working options available to the candidate.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous payroll or accounts experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to a variety of internal and external stakeholders within this organisation. This position is 3 days a week in the office, so you will live within a commutable distance of Guildford. You will have a variety of systems use and at least an intermediate excel skill.

SAP, Opera and Oracle systems experience is advantageous - this is the right role for you if you've worked within accounts but are looking to take that step into payroll.
