Your new role

As Group Marketing Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to drive brand awareness, acquire new customers, and increase revenue through strategic collaborations.

  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to identify, establish, and nurture relationships with strategic partners
  • Identify partnership opportunities that align with the brands’ values, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions with partners.
  • Coordinate and manage partnership activations, events, and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, including referral traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and use insights to optimise partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support, communication, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership marketing
  • Proven record of negotiating and managing successful marketing partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Creative, but commercial
