Your new role
As a Portfolio Manager, you will take on a key leadership role, managing and growing a personal portfolio of client accounts while delivering exceptional service. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, quality, and value. You’ll also contribute to strategic planning, drive efficiency through technology, and support the firm’s growth in revenue and profitability. This role offers clear partner potential, with succession planning in place for a high-value portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a general practice role at a mid-tier firm
Proven experience in managing and growing client portfolios
Strong leadership and team engagement skills
Commercially astute with a strategic, analytical mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable with implementing and working with new technologies
Ethical, professional, and confident in decision-making
Organised, driven, and committed to delivering excellence
