Working for a well-established organisation with offices in Bury St Edmunds.

Your new role

This is a new part-time position (22.2 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) working with an experienced and collaborative team. This role will involve assisting with all elements of administration and customer service.
Duties will be varied and include:

  • General office administration, facilities administration
  • Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met
  • Customer service and communications
  • Ensuring that all best practices are met

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this job, you will require:

  • A strong administrative background (minimum of 3 years previous experience)
  • Customer-facing experience and an empathetic personality.
  • Highly organised with strong IT skills.
  • The ability to manage your own workloads.
  • Care, religious or local government experience would be beneficial.
