Operating across multiple markets with a dedicated team of hundreds, they serve millions of customers globally. Due to maternity, we are seeking an Online Marketing Executive with experience in real-time marketing to join the team in Gibraltar on a 6-month contract.
Your new role
This role is pivotal in shaping and executing Real-Time Marketing (RTM) strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with various business units and customer segments. The ideal candidate will drive consistency across digital campaigns, crafting a unified brand experience across multiple channels with a particular focus on reactivation and retention - building campaigns for all online interactions using data to segment customers and personalise their experiences in real-time.
With that strong focus on personalisation, you will enhance on-site journeys to deliver targeted and impactful interactions. Regulatory compliance remains a key priority, as you navigate campaign execution using JIRA, fine-tune technical setups, and optimise audience targeting. Beyond implementation, you will transform campaign insights into actionable intelligence, leveraging data-driven reports, confluence documentation, and mapping tools to inform strategic decisions. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in CRM, optimising the full customer journey in close conjunction with colleagues.
