New Homes Consultant Required for Leading Estate Agents

Your new role
As a New Home Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with developers to price new developments and provide expert advice on optimal housing mixes and unit sizes.Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property viewings (both individual and open houses) with a proactive approach to converting viewings into successful reservations.
- Overseeing the entire sales process, both from reservation to contract exchange, mortgage arrangements, surveys and completion.
- Managing accounts and coordinating payments with developers.
- Providing exceptional customer support by handling daily enquiries related to various developments.
- Attending site meetings as needed to ensure seamless communication and project updates.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in pricing and documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Proactivity: The ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Driving Licence and access to a car: A clean and valid UK driving licence is essential for site visits and client meetings.
