Recruiting a Marketing Campaign Manager to join a Not for Profit organisation based in Central London. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and B2C sales campaigns, as well as demonstrated experience with nurture flows and sales lead generation. The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, as well as experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new members and build repeat business
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns from start to finish for product launches and lead generation initiatives, utilising Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Writing marketing and sales collateral for key audiences
  • Capturing and monitoring lead generation via salesforce/pardot
  • Develop strategies and implement the best techniques for improving successful delivery of all marketing campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with the Operations Team and external service providers
  • Work alongside and report to the Head of Marketing to support sales events
  • Produce campaign specific, monthly and quarterly analytics reports to assess results and suggest areas of improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Experience in Marketing with a focus on B2B and B2C sales campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience with nurture flows and sales lead generation
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Hybrid Working - 3 days work from home, 2 days work from' office in Central London
