Hays are looking to recruit a Management Accountant for a retail business here in Bristol.

Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, they are looking for a new Management Accountant to undertake a range of responsibilities to support the Senior Leadership team, which includes:

• Take ownership of management accounts

• Play a lead role in financial accounting

• Design, development and production of KPIs
• Preparation of business forecasts and projections
• Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for someone that is either part-qualified in either ACCA or CIMA or fully qualified. This person must have good communication skills, can prepare complex financial reconciliations and are self-motivated to work on their own initiative. This is a busy, fast-paced role, so ideally comfortable working in a busy team.
