Your new role

This job is a 12-month FTC to provide support with month-end management accounts, budgeting and forecasting while allowing the existing team to enhance and improve the current financial precesses and systems. Duties will include:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee key financial processes for inventory, fixed assets & depreciation, receivables, provisions, and expenses.
• Support period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making.
• Operational & Cost Management:
• Oversee FTE and overhead cost management, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records.
• Manage stock and fixed asset (FA) reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process Improvement & System Optimisation:

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a qualified, or qualified by experience accountant with strong analytical and process improvement skills. You'll be available to start immediately or at short notice.
