Maintenance Coordinator - Barnsley - Permanent - £25k - Office based - Full time

The client: Maintenance and construction contractor who work for a variety of commercial and domestic clients around South Yorkshire.

Responsibilities: Aftersales, defects, managing incoming emails and notifications of defects, responding to client when completed

Skills and experience: Ability to use Outlook

No working from home at all – office based.

No visiting sites whatsoever, just co-ordination of works and ensuring notifications of work complete are submitted to the client.

Salary is negotiable but I am going to say roughly FTE would be between £23k and £25K

The general idea is for full time Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays at 3.30pm), however, both the hours and salary are negotiable within reason.

The role is going to lift a great deal of weight of the MDs shoulders and so being in the office every day (or part of each day) will be essential. Full-time preferred but would consider part-time if still covering the full 5 days.

Free, secure parking, easy access to the motorway links and an onsite kitchen area. The role is based in Barnsley.
