It delivers advanced trading and financial software for single- and multi-branch operations, including point-of-sale showrooms and warehouses. Your new role
As the M&A Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integration strategies for newly acquired businesses. Working closely with the M&A and Group Finance teams, you will develop integration plans during the pre-acquisition phase and lead cross-functional teams post-acquisition to ensure seamless transitions. Your responsibilities will include managing project plans, tracking synergies, coordinating resources, and driving communication across departments such as Sales, HR, IT, and Finance. You’ll also contribute to the development of integration playbooks and due diligence frameworks to support repeatable success.
What you'll need to succeed
•Proven experience in M&A and managing organisational integration projects
•Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
•Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable: PRINCE2 certification, Agile project management experience, and experience in corporate rationalisation
