Your new role

This is a part-time role offering hybrid working with the expectation of being in the office 1 day per week, and they will offer remote working for the right candidate. Working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. Show proactivity and initiative at all times to ensure fee earners are supported in all aspects of their daily work. Effective and proactive liaison with fee earners to establish priorities and service requirements. Full management of fee earner diaries and review fee earner inboxes, including clear unnecessary emails and categorising for priority purposes. Manage billing and run WIP reports and meet with fee earners monthly. Assist fee earners with credit balances, ensuring balances are dealt with on the required timescales. Deal with fee earner expenses, ensuring activities are recorded.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in property/construction is desirable but not essential. Ability to work on own initiative and in a proactive manner. Seeks out opportunities to provide a more efficient and proactive service to fee earners. Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with personnel at all levels and build good working relationships.

What you'll get in return

A salary of £20,000-£21,000 for a part-time salary, 35 days holiday which will be pro rata for part-time, bonus up to 20%, Life assurance 4 x salary plus healthcare plan and cycle to work scheme.
