Your new role

Are you a dynamic and flexible Primary Teacher seeking variety and work-life balance? Hays are currently looking for enthusiastic supply teachers to join our team and cover various primary year groups in schools across the Leamington Spa area. You must be able to provide engaging lessons across all primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2.) Follow school plans and policies, adapting where necessary to suit individual needs, all whilst creating a positive and supportive classroom environment. You must also be able to manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this new job you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience of teaching across primary year groups. You must consider yourself flexible and adaptable to different school environments, with strong communication skills. Whether you're an experienced educator or newly qualified, this flexible role is a great way to gain varied experience in a range of school settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
