Labourer needed for 38 week project in Twyford

HAYS Southampton are looking for an experienced Labourer to start on a commercial construction project on the outskirts of Winchester in the neighbouring village of Twyford, SO21...

Pay: £16/hour,45 hours paid a week
Duration: 38 weeks
Start date: July

We are working with a well regarded main contractor on a brand new project in Twyford, outside of Winchester. This will be on the construction of a business park, which will involve a number of specialist contractors working on the framework of the project, with experienced Labourers assisting those trades. Site duties will include: keeping site clear, moving materials, cutting materials to size with tools on site, and reporting to site manager daily. Due to the location of this site, own transport will be essential, of which this site offers a generous allocation for parking on site. This site is accessible for candidates who live on the Stagecoach 69 bus route between Winchester and Fair Oak, but it is worth noting that the walk from the nearest bus stop is 20 minutes from site. Candidates travelling by train from Southampton and Eastleigh areas, your nearest station to this site is Shawford Railway Station, and is a 45 minute walk, or a 10 minute bike journey.

Requirements:
- Must be able to provide agency with commercial site construction references
- Must have valid CSCS Card
