Job Opportunity: KS2 Teacher at a Primary School

About the School:
The primary school is at a pivotal moment in its rich history of over 150 years. With the recent appointment of a new headteacher, the school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 teacher to join the team. Teaching Responsibilities:
As the Y3/4 Class Teacher, the successful candidate will:
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that foster a love for learning.
  • Evaluate and track student progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that embodies the school’s values.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the broader curriculum and school activities.
  • Take on subject leadership responsibilities in consultation with the Headteacher.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the wider school community, and the church.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Recent experience teaching in KS2.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s vision and values.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
