Junior Ruby on Rails Developer - Hybrid working (3 days per week) - £45,000-£50,000 + benefits.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing EdTech firm that is disrupting the industry and is driving significant and meaningful change.

They are looking to secure for an Entrepreneurial Ruby on Rails Developer who is keen to add value with their creative and delivery-focused team. The culture is fast-paced, with high-performing results to drive the business forward. You will be working in a very collaborative environment, where will you be making real world changes and impacting people in a positive way. Their environment is very entrepreneurial based where they want someone who wants to be upskilled, who wants to be involved in impactful projects and looking to grow and scale with the business within the startup space. If you are looking to add value in a Ruby environment this would suit you. Although our client is a Ruby environment, if you have development skills and the right mindset this could be for you.

This position is paying £45,000- £50,000 + benefits and has a hybrid working scheme which is 3 days per week onsite in Central London.

Skill Set:

  • Ideally, 1–2 years Ruby on Rails experience (Will consider other Open Source Languages experience if you are keen to upskill in ROR)

  • JavaScript

  • Ideally, AWS experience (any cloud is OK)

  • Full stack experience

Good to Have:

  • Heroku

  • Turbo

  • Stimulus
